This pattern was very easy to follow. Made this sweater for a friend. Took me 16 hours to make. Would recommend!

This was my first time crocheting a cardigan, and the pattern was so easy to follow! I did change from seaming with a whip stitch to mattress stitch because I preferred how that looked. I went with the size L and added 4 extra rows to each arm. The collar is more loose fitting, so I have to pull it up fairly frequently, but that doesn't bother me that much. It took me just over a month, but I also had to redo a couple of things. I am so happy with how it turned out!

Well, written pattern, great diagrams included to show how to put the sweater together. I made five of these so far! Highly recommend doing the sample swatch so you get the right gauge because the pattern is written for a particular type of yarn where you need two strands, and I made four of them and hundred percent cotton using one strand. But it worked well.

Pattern is easy to read, includes pictures for where to sew what. Very easy to follow for a first time wearables maker! Can't wait to finish mine!

Super easy to follow pattern! Worked up quickly and the sizing was spot on!

Works up really quickly. Be careful with the ribbing along the bottom it is not quite the same as the sleeves. I had to rip out the entire thing once I had finished it because it didn't look right. When I checked, I had been skipping one single crochet on the ribs instead of alternating one and two. I looked over the whole pattern before I started but you can't remember everything. I had fun making this sweater though. Good for beginner that wants something a little more challenging. I also widened the ribbing around the neck and front.

My first wearable crochet item. My teacher says it's a easy basic pattern to start with.

The pattern was easy to download. My crochet teacher advised that this is a good pattern for me to follow for someone new to crochet. This will be my first wearable item. I've learnt to crochet scarves and blankets, but wanted to learn to follow a pattern. I look forward to learning a new skill and making a warn winter long cardigan.
